Almond paste stollen – an exquisite pastry specialty

Something for connoisseurs is our Marzipanstollen, it is a little sweeter and owes its name to the marzipan filling. It is closely related to the Christstollen. Almond paste stollen has a marzipan content of at least 5% of the dough.

The marzipan stollen is available in 500, 750, 1000, 1500 and 2000 gram weight. Our Marzipanstollen can be kept for at least 6 weeks under optimal conditions.
