When the lime trees are in full bloom in July, they produce a honey of exceptional depth. On warm nights, our bees collect nectar and precious honeydew from the old lime trees. The result is this rare, characterful lime blossom honey. Our lime blossom honey differs from the well-known mixed honey. That is why it is extracted directly after each harvesting phase.
