With the Heidrom, the Pfaffl winery presents a classic Bordeaux cuvée from Austrian soil. The grapes are first processed separately and matured for one year in French oak. After blending, the wine matures for a further year in barriques. The result is a wine characterized by spice, blackberry and plum, which is fresh and lively with a dark fruit finish.
