The grapes for this typical Burgenland Blaufränkisch come from our biodynamically cultivated vineyards characterized by limestone and slate in Jois on the northern edge of Lake Neusiedl. Manual foliage work and harvesting as well as natural vinification result in an individual wine that perfectly expresses its terroir. Delicately fruity, delicately spicy and mineral, yet lively and excitingly long on the palate with a beautiful fruity finish. Enjoy it with pleasure.
